Glowpixel Labs is a set of free image tools that run in the browser. Because all image processing happens on your device and the site requires no accounts or analytics, we do not have server-side records of your activity. If you encounter an issue, providing clear technical details via email is the most effective way to help us identify and resolve the problem.
What to Include in a Bug Report
Including the following technical details helps us diagnose and fix problems accurately:
Tool Name

However, Glowpixel Labs is maintained without a dedicated support staff, so we do not promise a guaranteed response time or individual replies for every email received. Do Not Send Images by Email
Under no circumstances should you attach or send image files in your email. Glowpixel Labs is built on the core principle that images are processed on the device and never uploaded. We do not want to receive, view, or store your private images, creative work, or personal photographs on our email servers. If a problem is specific to a particular image, please describe its technical properties—such as color profile, dimension, resolution, or compression settings—without transmitting the image file itself.
